14 days, no reason needed
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or a person you chose) received the posters. You do not have to give a reason.
How to return
- Email [email protected] within the 14 days with your order number and the posters you want to return. A simple sentence is enough, for example: "I withdraw from the contract for the following posters: ...". You can also use the form below.
- Send the posters back within 14 days after telling us, to: Well Done Marketing, Os. Zielone 20/3, 33-100 Tarnów, Poland. Pack them flat or folded as you received them, in a stiff envelope or folder, so they are not damaged on the way.
- You pay the cost of sending the posters back.
Refund
We refund the price of the returned posters and, if you return the whole order, the standard shipping you paid, within 14 days of receiving your message. We may wait with the refund until the posters are back with us or you show proof that you sent them. We refund with the same payment method you used, at no extra cost to you.
You are responsible for any loss of value caused by handling the posters beyond what is needed to check them (for example if a poster comes back hung, taped, creased or torn).
Exception: NFC music tags
An NFC music tag is programmed with the link you gave us and locked, so it is made to your specification. The right of withdrawal does not apply to it once it has been programmed. The posters in the same order can still be returned as described above.
Something wrong with your order?
If a poster arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, this is not a return at your cost. Write to us with a photo and we will fix it: replacement or refund, including shipping.
