1. Who we are
PosterStage (posterstage.com) is an online shop run by Michał Głuszak, trading as Well Done Marketing, Os. Zielone 20, 33-100 Tarnów, Poland. VAT ID: PL9930312282. Email: [email protected]. In these terms "we" means the seller and "you" means the buyer.
2. What we sell
We sell original posters that were published as pull-outs or inserts in music magazines. They are not reprints. Every poster is unused and has never been hung, but it is not a new print: posters of 30 × 40 cm and 40 × 55 cm were pulled out of a magazine and have tiny holes from the staples that held them in, and all posters are folded the way they were issued. The size, the year of print and the condition are described on each poster page. Photos show the actual poster design; small differences in colour between screens are possible.
The NFC music tag is an optional add-on: a sticker that we program with the music link you give us when you order.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro or US dollars and include VAT. Shipping is charged once per order, as shown in the cart before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and local payment methods shown at checkout). We never see or store your card details.
If you live outside the European Union, your country may charge import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives. These are set by your country, are not included in our prices and are paid by the buyer.
4. How the contract is made
The contract is made when your payment is confirmed. You get an order confirmation by email. If a poster turns out to be unavailable after you paid (for example because it sold on another channel at the same moment), we will tell you right away and refund the full amount for it, including shipping if nothing else in the order can be sent.
5. Orders of more than 10 posters
Orders of more than 10 posters are handled by request. We confirm availability and send you a quote; the contract is made only when you accept it and pay.
6. Shipping
We ship from Poland, worldwide to the countries offered at checkout, within 2 working days of payment. Details and delivery times are on the shipping page. The risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you (or to a person you chose to receive it).
7. Right of withdrawal (returns)
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The rules, including the exception for programmed NFC tags, are on the returns page.
8. Faulty or wrong items
We are responsible for making sure the posters match their description. If something is wrong (damaged in transit, a different poster, condition not as described), write to us within a reasonable time after you notice it, ideally with a photo. We will send a replacement if we have one, or refund you. Your statutory rights as a consumer under the law of your country are not affected. For consumers in the EU the seller is liable for lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery.
9. Complaints and disputes
Send any complaint to [email protected]. We reply within 14 days, usually much sooner. If we cannot agree, you may use an out-of-court consumer dispute body in your country or go to court.
10. Law
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
